Troubleshooting One Wheel Locking Up with Electric Brakes on a 2016 Travel Trailer
Question:
One wheel locking up when brakes being applied

One wheel locking up on your trailers brakes could be for a few reasons.
The most likely reason is be due to a brake assembly that is out of adjustment. You want to adjust the assemblies so there is only a light drag on them when they are turned by hand. I have linked a video that will help show you how to adjust them starting at the 4:35 minute mark.
The brake magnets could be worn causing uneven braking. You will want to test them with a multi-meter to see if they are still good. If they are still good you will get 3.2 to 3.5 ohms. I have linked a video of this as well. It's important to note that you will need to disconnect the magnet for this test.
There also may be a short in the circuit but if this were the case it would not activate all of the brake assemblies since they all share the same circuit. But you will still want to check the wiring of the brake output circuit to be sure.
If you continue to have issues just let me know, I'd be happy to help you further troubleshoot your issue.
