Can the Lend-A-Hand RV Handle be Mounted on the Right Side of a Door
Question:
I just ordered a folding handrail this evening I want to know if it will work on my truck camper and the door opens to the left so I need to put it on the right side of the door. Help me before they ship it. THANKS

I checked with Stromberg-Carlson about the Lend-A-Hand handle # AM-200. It can be mounted on the right side of a door though it is meant more for the left side. If mounting on the right side of a door they state that "you may need to add support backing for mounting purposes." So worse case scenario the surface that it is mounted to may need additional support where the handle bases attach to the wall.
