How to Determine Wire Color Functions of Trailer When Replacing Lights
Question:
I have a 99 coleman sea pine and have replacement LED running/marker lights to change 2 each and all four corners but when I take off factory lens then plate I got 2 black wires on trailer going to back of bulb socket? my new LEDs have a Red and a White? thx

You would have to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test the two black wires on your trailer to see which carries the voltage for the circuit and which is the ground. You could also trace the wires to see where they go to determine this as well.
The LED wiring should be red for power and white for ground.
