Will Edge CS2 Programmer Fit a 2004 Ford F-150 with 5.4 Liter Engine and Bolt Ons

will this work will with my 04 f140 4x4 w/ KandN cold air intake and duel exhaust or will it need a custom tune?

The bolt-on modifications of your 2004 Ford F-150 would work well with a programmer like the Edge CS2 part # EP85350 that you referenced.
You are right at the limit of what a programmer can work for. Any more modifications to your vehicle and a custom tune would be the way to go.
This programmer advertises up to 35 horsepower and 45 ft lbs of torque increase.
