Will an Automatic Car Wash Damage the Finish on Ram Lighted Emblem # RP86619
Question:
I have purchased a similar product before, the chrome plating comes off after a few times going through the local car wash. How is this Reese product different, and if the problem does happen can product be returned for refund or exchange.

We haven't had anyone complain about the finish coming off on the Ram lighted emblem # RP86619. But what I recommend, if possible, is to use a touchless car wash because the problems would show up, if they show up, with car washes with brushes that make contact with the vehicle.
This product has a 90 day warranty so if the finish started to come off in that period it would be covered.
