Wiring Adapter to Install Curt TriFlex Trailer Brake Controller C24VV in 2009 GMC Sierra

Question:

Hello, A couple years ago I purchased a Curt brake controller from you for my 05 Chevy Truck. Recently I upgraded to a 09 3/4 ton GMC Sierra. Can you tell me if my brake controller and adapter will work on my new truck? If not would it work on my 06 GMC Yukon XL? The controller is a Curt TriFlex and it came with the harness adapter. I believe the part numbers are C24VV, C51352. Thank you for your help.

You can re-install your Curt TriFlex Trailer Brake Controller # C24VV in your 2009 GMC Sierra by using the matching wiring adapter # C51515. No plug is present under the dash, but the needed wires are already run. You will connect the brake controller wiring from C51515 with the vehicle wiring already present under the dash.
