Availability of a Powered Trailer Jack with a 3-1/4 Inch Center to Center Mounting Pattern
Question:
I have a trailer jack that I would like to replace with an electric one, but the bolt pattern on mine is 3 3/4 on center. Do I have to change my a-frame jack plate, or is there a jack that will fit?

Expert Reply:
The powered A-frame jacks we carry (see link) have a standard mounting hole pattern used by most trailer manufacturers. For example, the Bulldog Powered-Drive Trailer Jack, # BD500200, has two sets of mounting holes. One is 2-1/2 inches on center, the other is 3 inches on center.
However, you could use a drill to elongate the mounting holes accommodate a 3-1/4 inch pattern.
