On the Hopkins Agility brake controller # HM47294 you can decrease the power sent back to the brakes by pressing the Minus button on the top left of the controller until you reach the desired amount of power. To ramp the power back up press the Plus button. I have included a link to the manual for this controller and a link to a video covering its features.
