Will Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow 7-Way and 4-Way Trailer Connector Plug into a 2001 Chevy Tahoe
Question:
I was just wondering if this part will fit my 2001 Chevy Tahoe. I swapped and relocated the one on my 04 Silverado 2500hd and they look identical but I still wanted to double check. Thanks for the help.

On your 2001 Chevy Tahoe look for a round connector which will look like # PK11998. If you find this connector at the back of the vehicle in the vicinity of the spare tire then yes, 7-Way connector # HM40950 will plug right in.
If you find a bundle of wires without a plug then you will need to also use # PK11998 to hardwire into that wire bundle.
The functions of the wires for PK11998 are:
Red - Left Turn and Stop
White - Ground
Blue - Electric Brakes
Green - Right Turn and Stop
Black - Battery
Brown - Running Lamps
Yellow - Backup Lamps
