When replacing the rear ladder on your 1999 Four Winds RV the key is making sure the new ladder mounts to the RV's structural components under its outer skin. It is possible that the screw holes will not line up exactly but so long as they allow the included fasteners to reach those structural components the ladder will be able to safely support its maximum rated weight load of 275-lbs.
Please refer to the linked photo with measurements for help in determining fit on your RV.
