Does the Demco Hijacker underbed rail system and hitch require any drilling into frame, or removal of exhaust during installation...on a 2016 long bed ford f350.

When installing the Demco Underbed Rail and Installation Kit, part # DM8551000 on your 2016 F-350, no drilling is done to the frame and the exhaust does not have to be moved or removed to complete the installation.
The Demco Hijacker, part # DM8550032 will work great with your truck. This fifth wheel hitch has a wraparound single-jaw that gives you 360-degree jaw to king pin contact. This hitch hasa 21,000-lb gross towing weight.
If you need a 7-way connector for your fifth wheel I recommend part # C56000.
