Great news! The Demco # DM6140 you were looking at will be a fit for the B&W square gooseneck on your 2015 Ram 2500.
This is because the pin hole that the gooseneck will mount through is adjustable. The bolt at the top center will allow you to customize the needed height for your gooseneck for your factory installed B&W gooseneck on your 2015 Ram 2500.
