Can Hooks of Swagman Dispatch Bike Rack Be Locked by Replacing them With SP428

Hello - I need to purchase an RV approved bike rack so I came across the Swagman Dispatch. The problem I have with this rack is that it doesnt have the locking mechanism on the bike hooks that other Swagman racks have i.e. the G10 and I really like that feature. I know the Dispatch has the cable but the hook locks seem more secure please correct me if I am wrong here. I was curious if these replacement locks for the G10 might fit on the dispatch since they seem very similar. Is that a possibility? Thank you so much for your help. Yes, the locking long and short hook set part # SP428 would fit the Swagman Dispatch part # S44FR you referenced and would give you the ability to easily lock the bikes to the rack.
