What Side of Vehicle Roof Should Cargo Box Be Installed Near on Roof
Question:
I am installing this on a 2015 Highlander. Can I put it to one side or the other for easier access, or should it always be centered on the vehicle?

Helpful Expert Reply:
We typically recommend people put their cargo boxes more to the passenger side of the vehicle so that if you had to pull over on the side of the road you wouldn't be standing on the side of the vehicle that would be near the vehicles flying past you.
At the end of the day it is your cargo box and your vehicle so wherever you want to install it will be up to you and it opens on either side.
