Do the Swagman XC and XTC Bike Racks Fold Up Enough to be Easily Stored
Question:
My concern is storage when the xc-2-2 is not in use. Does this rack break down for easy, space saving storage? Thanks

Expert Reply:
The 2 arms that hold the wheel hoops on the Swagman XC # S64650 and XTC # S64670 fold up so either rack is more compact and easier to store than racks that do not have this feature. This will make it easier to keep the rack out of the way; perhaps leaning it up against the side of the garage for example or placing it in the cargo area of your 2016 Subaru Outback. I have included a picture of what the XTC looks like with the arms folded up.
