Roadmaster Falcon Compared to Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar

Question:

Can you tell me how the Blue Ox Avail tow bar Compares to the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain tow bar? Do the latches on the Avail compare to the Falcon, ie, release under binding situation and not required to be lined up straight? The Avail instructions still seem to indicate the need for the RV and car be straight same as my current Aladdin bar. Look forward to your comments.

I have had the opportunity to use the Blue Ox and Roadmaster tow bars and while they are both incredibly well-built tow bars I found the Blue Ox triple lug setups to be easier to connect/disconnect. It's a simpler idea than the Roadmaster quick disconnect setup that just was easier to use without binding. The Avail also has longer arms which help in tight turn situations as well.

I would recommend the Avail part # BX7420 highly to anyone but I also recommend the Falcon part # RM-520 quite a bit too if the base plate kit is a Roadmaster that is on the vehicle.

Having the tow vehicle and dinghy as straight as possible will help a great deal with allowing for and easy connect/disconnect.

I attached review videos for both tow bars for you to check out as well.
