Helpful Expert Reply:
I checked with Magnaflow and their Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System # MF15759 is a fit only for the front-wheel-drive versions of the 2004 Toyota Matrix XR; it is not a fit on the AWD model. Currently Magnaflow does not offer a complete exhaust option for your specific vehicle but we do carry their performance mufflers like # MF10445 which is a confirmed fit on your AWD Matrix.
