Will the Rhino Rack Ski Carrier RR576 Fit a 2016 Toyota RAV4 with Factory Crossbars
Question:
Will the Rhino Rack Ski Carrier part # 566U fit on my 2016 Toyota Rav4 OEM crossbars The ski rack seems wider than the bar section of my crossbars but would fit over the section of the crossbar just before it attaches to the roof rails. This section is wider and taller than the crossbars themselves.

The 566U carrier is no longer available but Rhino-Rack ski carrier # RR576 is still available. The mounting hardware is designed to fit around bars and not necessarily be form-fitting to the exact size and shape of the bars.
You wouldn't want to attach it to the foot of the roof rack because that part of the rack is not meant to support weight directly like the bars are. The mounting feet on the ski carrier will fit the factory crossbars on your 2016 Toyota RAV4.
