Why Does ETBC7 Kit Have Circuit Breaker for 12 Volt Accessory Circuit

Why do you need two circuit breakers when both black wires are hooking to the hot side of the battery

The circuit breakers of the # ETBC7 kit are designed to protect the wiring that is ran to the battery as well as protect anything on that circuit. Bad shorts or overdraws can cause wiring to melt and the circuit breaker of the # ETBC7 shuts down the circuit if it were to ever get shorted or overdrawn.
