Will an Aluminum Boat Fit Between the Load Stops on Erickson Ladder Rack on a 2012 Ford F-150
Question:
Hi, I have a 12 ft aluminum boat that Im hoping to use on this rack. My truck is a 2012 f150 super crew 5.5ft box. Would the boat fit on top with the load stops on the outside? Thanks

It is likely that your 12 foot aluminum boat will fit between the load stops on the Erickson ladder rack # EM07706. The crossbars on this rack are 78 inches long and you could mount the load stops on the outside of the ladder rack uprights for even more adjustability. Take a look at the video I have linked showing the rack on a 2013 F-150. It will be similar on your 2012.
