No 4-bike trunk-mount racks are made for any car due to the extreme weight load this would present. The chance for damage to the trunk or rear hatch from all that weight (easily 150-lbs between the 4 bikes and the weight of the rack itself) would be too much for the car.
We do offer 3-bike trunk racks for your 2011 Chevrolet Impala that you can see on the linked page. I like the Thule # TH56BV as it fits over most spoilers and includes locks.
If you need to carry 4 bikes you can instead use a hitch-mount bike carrier. You can install Draw-Tite Class II hitch # 36407, which offers a bolt-on installation using included hardware. I linked an installation video showing you the entire process.
With this 1-1/4-inch Class II hitch installed you can use one of the 4-bike hitch racks shown on the linked page. A favorite option preferred by many customers is the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR. This cost-effective hitch rack holds 4 bikes and tilts out of the way for better access to your trunk. The linked video shows it in use on an Impala.
Note that while the cost for the hitch and Hitching Post rack is close to the cost of the Raceway trunk rack, having the hitch means you can also use other hitch-mount accessory items.
