Can the Internal Parts of A Pro Series Jack Fit Inside the Housing of a Comparable Bulldog Jack
Question:
Can I take the Pro Series PS1401460303 jack remove it from its housing and put it in the housing for the Bulldog 171401 jack? I broke off the handle and the rod that the bolt goes through on existing welded on Bulldog Jack. I would like to take the handle off a new jack remove it from the housiing and put it in my old housing and put the handle back on. Can I do this?

The best solution would be to replace the handle on your existing Bulldog Jack, # BD171401. You will need Replacement Topwind Handle for Bulldog Round Jacks, # BD500180.
I did speak with my contact at Reese and Bulldog and he stated that the internal parts of the Pro Series Jack, # PS1401460303, cannot be removed. The jack is designed not to come apart, so you will not be able to make the switch.
