Where Does Lower Brace of Hollywood Racks Over-The Top Rest on 2011 Ford Fiesta Sedan
Question:
Is the bottom brace supposed to be against the license plate or should it be resting on the bumper. It seems to be secure at the area below the license plate and the top of the rear bumper.

I spoke with my contact at Hollywood Racks and he informed me that when you install the Over-the-Top # HRF2-3 on a 2011 Ford Fiesta Sedan you want to put the lower brace just above the rear bumper. He said not to put all of the weight on the rear bumper though.
