Best Rectangle Fog Light Recommendation for Use on 4Runner

Question:

I own a 1998 Toyota 4Runner that originally came with dealer installed Hella rectangular fog/driving lights mounted in the lower front valance. When I took possession of the vehicle the lights were gone, but I could see where the valance had been cut for the lights, plus there are dealer installed light mount brackets installed on my front bumper and an existing Hella wiring harness, with inline fuse. I have the Toyota factory fog lamp switch installed. The lights were designed to be used with low beams, and when my low beams are on and I turn on the fog lamp switch, the light activates on the switch so it is getting power. I do not currently have any fog/driving lights installed and am in the market. I suppose these are the best choice out there, but could I use them as driving lights, to supplement the low beams?

If you are looking for the best option the part # QH16CTS is an option that could work but I would not list this as a best option.

Instead for a similar option that is quite a bit more bright that would give you an incredible amount of light the part # XIL-OP210KIT would be what I would consider the best option. I know this kit is much more expensive but compare the two test course videos I attached to see the difference. It's a night and day difference (pun intended).
