Yes, the Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch and Installation Kit # 9464-35 will fit your 2010 Dodge Ram Pickup 2500 with Mega Cab and 6 ft. bed. I have attached an installation video for this hitch on a 2010 Doge Ram which you may want to check out.

To make towing a little easier, you may want to add an in-bed trailer wiring harness if you do not already have one. I recommend the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # 41157. This will give you a port to plug right into your truck bed. I attached an installation video of this wiring harness on a 2011 Dodge Ram Pickup which will be the same for your truck.

Since you have a short bed truck, you will probably want a ball with an offset. I recommend the Draw-Tite Ball # 19308 which will provide an additional 5" of clearance and will fit on the Hide-A-Goose Hitch.
