Recommended Torque Specifications for U-Bolt # SP01-160 in a Slipper Springs Trailer Setup

What should these be torqued when used with the TRTP200175 plate and the SP-039275 springs on a 2x3inch square axle?

Since the # SP01-160 u-bolts are 9/16 inches in diameter the torque rating is from 65 ft/lbs - 95 ft/lbs.
