Recommended Towing Mirror Options for 2016 Toyota Tundra

Question:

I recently purchase a set of clip on tow mirrors from etrailer, but am not too satisfied with them. My question: What is the BEST option to adapt my 2016 Toyota Tundra Platinum for tow mirrors? The slip-onsinch made by CIPA will not fit according to your website. I am not very happy with the clip-ons I recently purchased and want something better/different!

If you prefer the best permanent towing mirror solution we also offer custom-fit extendable towing mirrors with power and heat functions like your OEM mirrors. K-Source offers the mirror set # KS70103-04T which include turn signals. If your OEM mirrors have these same functions (power, heat and turn signals) then those functions will remain active with these K-Source mirrors installed. Please note you cannot add new functions just by changing the mirrors themselves; the vehicle has to already have those functions in place. These mirrors install using the same factory mounting points and electrical connections used by your OEM mirrors. Please refer to the linked video for more.

If these are more than what you're looking for then I recommend you consider a door-mount or fender-mount towing mirror for your 2016 Toyota Tundra since both of these will provide a more stable installation and give you the widest field of view. We have item # 11650 which is a door-mount universal-fit towing mirror. Since these mirrors extend out over a foot, they will give you a wide field of view behind you as you tow with the Tundra.
