How to Locate Stoplight Circuit for Installing Brake Controller in a 2014 Toyota Sienna
Question:
Hi i am in the middle of installing a seven pin trailer harness on a 2014 Toyota Sienna, i am looking at the brake pedal switch how do i know which wire to use for the brake controller.

You will need to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test all of the wires leading to the brake pedal switch until you find the one that carries 12 volts only when the brakes are applied and none when released.
I attached an install video for a brake controller on an older 2005 Toyota Sienna to show you what the process is like.
