Which Husky Weight Distribution System for a Trailer with 793 lbs of Dry Tongue Weight

Question:

My tralier is 5100 lbs dry weight. Dry hitch weight is 793 lbs. Gross weight on trailer is 7800. Do I go with 8000 husky centerline system or the 12000 lb husky center line system ? Thanks.

If your dry hitch weight is basically 800 lbs you are going to want the higher 1,200 lb weight distribution by Husky part # HT32218 as your tongue weight is going to be higher than 800 lbs when loaded.

Plus you have to consider the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle as tongue weight too.
