Recommendation for Carrying Bike Rack While Towing Camper Trailer

Question:

I have a 2inch receiver hitch on a 2012 Mazda CX-9 that I use to pull a small, light camper. I also have a hitch mount bike rack a Saris Freedom 2-bike. I would like to pull the trailer and use the bike rack at the same time. The coupler height on the trailer is 15inch and the hitch height is 13. I use a ball mount with a 2inch rise and the trailer rides great. Im looking at using your D210 ball mount and a C40032 high rise ball to tow and use the rack. Does this sound good or is there a better option you would recommend? Thanks for your help. I appreciate all the good information on your site.

What I recommend for people who want to carry a hitch bike rack and tow a trailer the most is the Bunk # CC-275. This attaches to the A-frame rails of your trailer and then allows you to install the bike rack above it. I attached a review video as well.

The part # D210 is also another option to consider, but since the Bunk carries the rack higher there is less of a chance for interference.
