I have a recommendation for you but the original replacement rubber straps are hard to come by. The brand was acquired by Prorack and dissolved a while back. However, we do have OEM replacement cradles for Rhode Gear Shuttle Racks # RG8890084. This comes with the rubber cradle and fabric hold down straps.
If you are looking for a rubber strap, the best option, which is not an exact replacement, is the Yakima Rubber Strap # 8890221. We offer these straps in a set of three.
