Depending on the hitch brand you have on your 2015 Subaru Forester it looks like the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole back to clear the rear bumper is 3 to 5 inches. The Swagman Dispatch bike rack # S44FR measures 12 inches from the center of the pin hole to the closest part of the rack so it will clear the rear of the vehicle with room to spare!
