Trailer Leaf Spring Bushings with 9/16 Inner Diameter and 3/4 Outer Diameter

Question:

I intended to use Never Fail bushings, but it looks like they will not work. The fit is way too loose and they are an 1/8inch shorter. The problem is, if I pull what I have and mic it, my existing bushing is 9/16inch inner and .73 inches outer. If I order a bushing with a 3/4inch outer, will I be able to get it into the spring. In other words, is a 3/4inch outer actually .75 inches? I am finding when I take actual measurements, the measurements the manufacturers list are not the measurements on the components. For example, a Never Fail inner is actually .582 rather than .562 inches and the outer diameter is actually .67 rather than .69 inches.

There can be some slight measurement differences among the various bushings of the same part number. So if you went with a 9/16 inner and 3/4 outer, like # SP05-060, then it will work though it is possible that the fit will be tighter for some than others especially since there are tolerances in the spring eyes as well.
