A great 2 bike rack for your 2013 Toyota Corolla is the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier # TH910XT. The Thule Passage is a high quality, economical bike rack. It has No-Sway cages to keep the bikes from coming into contact with each other or your Corolla and it fits nicely with a spoiler. The Corolla S can come with a variety of spoilers depending on which exact package you have and the Passage is confirmed to work with them all. I've included a review video with the rack on a 2014 Corolla with a spoiler for you to see. If you can send me a picture of your spoiler I'd be happy to compare it to how the Passage fits.
You mentioned that you're going to be carrying cruiser bikes which can often be pretty heavy. The Thule Passage is rated for up to 35 lbs. per bike so that should be enough however when you have a bunch of weight mounted to your trunk it can take a toll on the vehicle over time. If you're going to be using the rack a lot or for long periods of time you may want consider a hitch mounted bike rack like the Thule Vertex 2 Bike Rack # TH910XT. Attached is a video of this rack as well. I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Sportframe Class I # 24913 as a good, compatible hitch for your Corolla.
You may also be interested in the Thule Cable Lock # TH538XT to lock your bikes to the bike rack and the Thule Passive Security Strap # to secure the bike rack to your car. Video reviews of both items are attached for you.
I also recommend the Kuat Uber Adapter Bar # UB01 since you mentioned a women's bike. This is need to keep women's, children's, or other alternative frame bikes level while connected to a bike rack. There's a video review included that you can look at.
