Can Tekonsha P3 Brake Controller be Used in Place of Curt Brake Controller on a 2013 Toyota RAV4
Question:
We have a 2013 RAV4 with a Curt Venturer time-delay brake controller. Id like to upgrade to the Prodigy P3. On the page for the Prodigy, it says wed also need a ETBC7 to go with the Prodigy. Weve already got a 7-way plug on the vehicle, so would we still need the ETBC7, or can we just replace the Curt with the Prodigy and wire it up?

Since you already have the 7-Way and a brake controller you will not need to add the # ETBC7 to your 2013 Toyota RAV4. You can just wire up the new P3 # 90195 in place of the Curt brake controller that you have and you will be good to go after setting up the new controller.
