Fender Clearance Difference to Consider Going from Tire Size 20.5x8x10 to 145/80-12
Question:
tire size on my camper is 20.5x8x10 could I go to a AM20122 wheel and a AM10130 tire and still have the proper clearance on my wheel wells ? the GAWR on my trailer is 2210 and the GVWR is 2460.

The overall diameter of your 20.5x8x10 tire size is 20.5 inches. Going to a 145/80-12 that you referenced would then give you a diameter of 21.3 inches. So a difference of a .8 of an inch. Most likely that would not be a problem. It also helps that this tire size is narrower too.
