Timbren Suspension Enhancement for 2010 Toyota Sequoia Limited

Question:

I have a 2010 Toyota Sequoia, Limited model with tow package 2 wheel drive. I tow a 2013 Chaparral SSI 246 boat. The boat dry weights 4400 pounds, I was told the trailer weighs another 1200 seems a little high. Trailer has surge breaks. We tow it very low on fuel, but do have our gear in the boat skis, tubes, life jackets, etc. Assume all in towing weight is 6,000 - 6,500 with about 10 of that on the tongue. The Sequoia has plenty of engine, but the back end sags quite a bit and bounces a bit over bumps. I looked into weight distribution hitches, but have been told note to use them on this kind of trailer the V of the trailer frame ends at a swing-arminch that then goes another couple feet to the hitch. I believe their are adapters, but seems they impact the surge breaks. I then looked at our local camping world for airbags. Was told they make them for Sequoias, but not the Limitinch model. Yesterday I found this product TTORSEQ1 on your web site. Is this my best option? Do you think this will make a significant difference? Anything else youd recommend instead? Thank you for your help!

The Timbren suspension enhancement part # TTORSEQ1 that you referenced is a fit for your 2010 Toyota Sequoia and will help level your suspension when towing but you should note that these do not increase the towing capacity of your vehicle. You should check your owners manual to determine if you have the capacity for your trailer and be sure not to exceed this figure.
