We offer three choices in a roof-rack-mount tandem bike carrier that you can see by clicking on the link provided. These carriers from Yakima, RockyMounts and Thule all fit both square- and round- profile crossbars. They do not fit factory installed roof racks.
I recommend the Thule Tandem, part # TH558P. It has a pivoting fork mount as shown in the linked video.
