Expert Reply:
I went out to the warehouse and measured the Folding, Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier, # TR-2. The overall length of the vertical arm in the vertical position from the top of the arm down to the end of the arm is 18-1/4 inches. I also took some other measurements that might help you.
The distance from the top of the vertical arm down to the center of the bottom bolt that attaches the arm to the bumper plate is 17 inches.
The distance from the top of the vertical arm down to the center of the top pin hole where the pin slides through and holds the arm in the vertical position is 11-3/4 inches.
The distance from the top of the vertical arm down to the bottom of the tab on the bumper plate is 13-5/16 inches. This will give you the measurement from the top of the vertical arm to the top of your bumper because the tab is what will sit on top of your bumper.
