IN THE RISE OR UP POSITION, HOW FAR ABOVE THE TOP OF THE RECEIVER DOES THE MOUNT GO? I KNOW THE VIDEO STATED THAT YOU NEED 6 7/8inch FROM THE HITCH PIN HOLE TO THE BACK OF THE MOUNT. BUT HOW FAR FROM THE TOP OF THE RECEIVER DOES THE MOUNT GO IN THE RISE POSITION. THANKS,

The max rise of the Pro Series Adjustable Ball Mount part # 63071 is 4-5/8 inches. That measurement is taken from the top of the hitch opening to the top of the ball mount platform.
