The Draw Tite Gooseneck Hitch part # 9465-54 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Chevy Silverado with a 5-1/2 foot bed. Since your truck bed is so short and fifth wheel trailers typically have very wide noses you are going to need the offset part # 19308 but still may not have enough clearance.
Here is a formula to determine if you would have enough clearance.
(A + B) - C = Clearance
A = Distance from the fifth wheel jaw/gooseneck ball center to the truck cab. (for this you would need to go with the axle center.
B = Offset used, with the # 19308 you would use 5 here.
C = Width of the nose of the trailer divided by 2.
At least 4 inches of clearance is recommended to safely execute a 90 degree turn.
