The closest matching leaf spring we carry is the part # e54SR that you referenced as it is a 3,500 lb axle spring with 4 leafs. Only thing is it is a bit shorter than what you currently have a 25-1/8 inches.

Old springs tend to stretch out, but you may have to move your suspension hangers at worst. These will work best for you one way or the other.
