Will Stomberg Carlson Bunk Bike Carrier Fit Forest River Vibe A-Frame Trailer
Question:
I have a 2016 forest fiver vibe that has the propane tanks under a fiber glass nose cover. Will the a frame bike racks work on this design? I have to take the cover off to access my weight distribution systen, so the cover comes out pretty far.

The Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer, part # CC-275 is designed to fit a trailer a-frame that measures 14 - 55 inches wide. If your trailer has sufficient room without out interfering with the weight distribution or the propane tanks then this will work great for you.
A bike rack that will work with the # CC-275 is the Swagman Trailhead, part # S63381. This is a 4-bike hanging bike rack that has anti-sway cradles to help keep the bikes from banging into each other.
If you find you do not have enough room you may want to check out a trailer hitch like part # 13703 that mounts on the frame of your trailer. This will work for trailer frames that are 22 to 72 inches wide and will work on box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frames. This hitch has a 350-lb weight capacity.
You can then use a bike rack like part # S44FR. This is a 2-bike platform-style rack and includes a hitch lock and cable to secure the bikes. The weight capacity for this bike rack is 45-lbs per bike.
You need to make sure you have an RV approved bike carrier for your trailer.
