Fulton Trailer Coupler that Will Fit a 3 Inch Wide Tongue
Question:
I have an old trailer and the latch assembly Is missing . Since the coupler is welded to 3inch channel I was hoping to order replacement parts. I did not find one for Fulton. My plan was to order the whole coupler and swap out guts. All I found was a 1 7/8 coupler for 2inch channel. Do you have a coupler for 3? If not, can the assembly on the 2inch channel be used on the 3inch channel? Thank you

We have several Fulton couplers that will fit a 3 inch wide tongue. I have included a link to them for you but they all fit 2 inch balls. If you need a 1-7/8 inch then Fulton does not have an option.
It is possible that the coupler you have is old enough to where the parts in it are not the same as the parts used in these newer couplers. Do you now how old your coupler is and its capacity?
