Both of the snow chains and snow cables will work great in snow conditions. The difference is the snow chains will give you better grip in more ice conditions because the chain links will bite into the ice where as the snow cables tend to slide over the ice. The snow chains will make a little more noise on dry pavement as compared to the snow cables.
The Pewag Tire Chains, # PWXMR81V, you have referenced is a good choice for snow chains on your 2007 Nissan Frontier 4x4. Another good choice is the Thule Tire Chains, # TH01571265. Both of these snow chains give a lot of chain links between the tire and the snow/ice for excellent grip and they are easy to install to your vehicle.
If you are wanting the snow cables I would recommend the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains for Light Trucks, # PW3010C. These snow cables will fit your P265/70R16 tire size and have case hardened steel rollers for durability.
I would recommend to use the snow chains or snow cables on all four wheels of your 2007 Nissan Frontier 4x4 for added steering and braking control on your front wheels. Also, you will want to check your state laws regarding use of snow chains.
I am sending links to good information on snow chains.
