Lubrication Required for Stromberg Carlson JET-3500 Powered A-Frame Trailer Jack
Question:
how do you grease the gears?

Expert Reply:
According to my contact, the gears of their # JET-3555 are lubricated at the time of manufacture and no further lubrication of the internal gears is necessary. The only part recommended for lubrication is the inner jack tube.
I've linked you to a product demonstration video featuring the # JET-3555 powered trailer jack.
If you were specifically wanting a powered trailer jack that would allow you to add grease, the Ultra-Fab 4000 lb capacity # UF38-944016 does provide a grease zerk that allows you to add grease to the gears. I've also linked a video for this jack.
