Will rack part #SR9035-9036 be able to carry 2 Highland 1039 black Rainproof Top Carriers?

The inside dimensions of the SportRack basket with extension SR9035-9036 are 60-7/16" x 37" wide x 4-1/2" tall. The Rightline roof top duffel bag # RL100D90 is 36" x 16" x 13" so 2 of them will fit easily in the basket.
