Does Exhaust Have to Be Lowered to Install Gooseneck Trailer Hitch on 2008 Ford F-250 Diesel

I have a 2008 F250 SUPER DUTY FX4 Im going to buy... 60640 Quick Goose 2 60644 600 Series Install Kit I read something about dropping the exhaust? Will that require more parts? Do spacers come in the kit?

Yes, you would need to lower the exhaust on your 2008 Ford F-250 to install Curt gooseneck trailer hitch # C640-644. It is required on 2005 and newer models that have a diesel motor.
