Paddleboard carrier Recommendations for a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe

Question:

I have a 2014 Santa Fe with flush mounted rails that run front to back on the roof. I want to carry a paddle board on the car, but dont want to spend a lot of money. will this carrier work for this make and model?! Thanks for your help.

The foam block carriers like # RL100K10 are fine for a short trip and infrequent use. If that matches what you require then you can certainly use it with your 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe.

If you will be taking longer trips and/or transporting the paddleboard frequently I recommend using a roof rack such as Rhino Rack's Vortex Aero using # RRVA137B-2 for the crossbars and # RRSX032 for the SRB Legs. Then you can use an inexpensive carrier to protect the paddleboard such as # RRRWP03.

The roof rack is more expensive but it will protect your paddleboard investment much better.
