Could B&W Companion for Ford Rail Kit be Used in 2016 Chevy Silverado without Factory Rail Kit
Question:
I just traded my 2012 f350 in on 16 Chevy 3500 8 ft bed. I currently have the companion to fit the f 350 puck system. Will it by any chance be compatible with this?

I have a way for you use part of your B and W Companion hitch in your 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 that does not have the rail kit. You will need to install the Turnover Gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1016 in your truck and then will be able to swap the head of your hitch to the base part # BWRVB3500 and you would be ready to tow.
For a 7-way to install in the bed of your truck to make connecting your trailer lights easier you would want the part # 41157. Most 7-ways will be at the rear of the truck near the bumper which doesn't work will with fifth wheel hitches.
